How can Wales build an economy
that is fair as well as prosperous?
Putting Economic Justice at the heart of Economy Policy.
As Wales approaches the next Senedd election, debates about the economy will inevitably focus on growth, jobs and investment. But another question deserves attention: how fair is our economy? In an economic system that concentrates wealth and power in fewer and fewer hands, while leaving too many people and places behind, how can Welsh policymakers rebalance the scales?
This forum brings together voices working on poverty, climate justice, gender equality and land reform, to explore what economic justice means in practice, and how Welsh policy could evolve to create a fairer distribution of wealth, opportunity and power.
