Living Wage Wales is hosted within Cynnal Cymru. We support employers to become accredited Living Wage Employers, with a voluntary minimum pay rate based on an independently-calculated hourly wage rate – the real Living Wage. The campaign has delivered thousands of pay rises across Wales.
